The firm was founded in 2012 as a regulated fixed income company. In 2018, the regulated bonds were all sold and the capital was returned to clients. The firm is now a privately owned buy and hold institution investing in stocks, bonds (Corporates, municipal bonds, and preferred stock), and agency mortgage-backed securities.
